International Christian Dance Fellowship

The International Christian Dance Fellowship, ICDF, is an ecumenical fellowship that links individuals and organizations involved in dance and movement ministries around the world.

It was formed in 1988 at an international conference organized by the Christian Dance Fellowship of Australia. Since 1988 Christian Dance Fellowships have commenced in over fourteen countries with every continent represented.

There are individual members from many countries not yet having a Fellowship. They are involved in different aspects of dance and movement such as teaching, performance, choreography, community dance, worship and prayer, prophecy, social justice, healing and therapy, outreach, fitness, research and administration. Mime, clowning, drama and all styles of dance are included.

The International Committee has a core working group located in Australia. The Committee also includes all national CDF Coordinators, some representative international leaders in dance/movement ministries, and spiritual advisors from different streams of the Christian faith.

Support comes through fees and donations. ICDF is a non-profit organization.

Membership is open to those from every stream of the Christian church/Messianic community who are in agreement with the vision and beliefs of ICDF and want to help forward these.

Christian Dance Fellowship of Britain

The Christian Dance Fellowship of Britain (CDFB) seeks to support and encourage dance and creative movement as an expression of the Christian faith. We aim to facilitate fellowship among members through regional groups, workshops and conferences, and by providing regular newsletters. Our theological base is inter-denominational, affirms major creeds of the Christian Church and bases faith and doctrine on the Bible. We are supported by donations and membership subscriptions. Christian Dance Fellowship of Canada

The Christian Dance Fellowship of Canada (CDFC) aims to use dance to worship Jesus Christ and promote unity in body of Christian believers. Their goals are to provide networking, fellowship, vision and resources for Christians of all denominations in dance and movement ministry, to exchange information with other dance and arts organizations within the Christian church and in the arts community, to encourage excellence and depth and leadership in Christian dance and movement ministry and to honour Jesus Christ in all it's activities and to help build unity in the body of Christ for the purpose of worshipping God our Creator.

Riverside School of Performing Arts

Riverside School of Performing Arts (RSPA) is part of Riverside Church, in Birmingham and is passionate about the arts, people and God. Established in 1996, RSPA works to "Use the performing arts to serve the community, communicate the Christian faith and to help people develop their potential"

RSPA offers two full time courses in the performing arts, in Drama and Music Performance, with a second year option for some students. RSPA works extensively in schools and community groups in Birmingham and the UK, through student performances and staff led community arts projects. The school also offers workshops and training for schools, churches and other organisations.
